This UAT portal supports testing of DUT residence House Committee elections. Election rules and decisions remain subject to the organiser’s approved policy and authority.

Use your own account

Use your verified institutional or authorised staff account. Keep credentials private. Access only records and actions assigned to you. Do not impersonate another student, submit false records or attempt to bypass eligibility and review checks.

Election actions

Check the selected residence, election and calendar before submitting. All calendar times are SAST (UTC+02:00). A final ballot cannot be changed or replaced. Follow the published appeal windows for nomination and result disputes. Staff must keep administration and independent review assignments separate for each residence.

Support and privacy

Report access issues or suspected errors to info@royal-rs.com. Include the request reference if an error provides one. Never send a password, private custodian key or ballot selections. Read our Privacy & POPIA notice before supplying personal information.
